' Piccolo' - 2 Flavours up to 100 scoops

$690 + GST

Perfect for smaller gatherings, intimate celebrations and stylish dessert service.

Includes cups, spoons, napkins, cones and gelato cart service starting from 1 hour.

'Classico' - 3 Flavours up to 150 scoops

$790 + GST

A balanced package with added variety, ideal for medium-sized events.

Includes cups, spoons, napkins, cones and gelato cart service starting from 1 hour.

'Bellissimo' - 4 Flavours up to 200 scoops

$990 + GST

Our most complete gelato cart package for larger events and full guest experience.

Includes cups, spoons, napkins, cones and gelato cart service starting from 2 hours.

Please note:

1. The above prices are ‘early bird’ rates and are applicable only if no other event is booked on the same day. If your event coincides with another booking on the same day, additional surcharges will apply.

2. No Power Access Setup from $250 + GST

Need gelato served somewhere without power? No problem. Our no-power setup allows us to keep your gelato perfectly chilled and ready to serve for events with no power access, for up to 4 hours of service.

For longer events, outdoor summer conditions or locations with limited access, we can provide a custom quote.

3. Prices are for Sydney Metro.

4. Prices do not include weekends and public holidays as there’s a surcharge on these days.

5. All packages include 1 gelato cart and 1 professional bar tender.

6. This is a pre-paid service only
